Samsung's Starmail system has the ability to answer all incoming calls in addition to its main feature of a voice messaging system. It has fast, accurate call routing which helps to improve customer satisfaction and employee productivity.

Samsung's Starmail is flexible and user friendly. This system supports up to 600 voice mailboxes and individual passwords. The auto attendant feature allows up to 6 menu and 40 branches for call routing structures.

Other time saving features include, alphabetical directory, broadcast and group mailboxes, department directories, fax recognition, and information distribution.
